Enthousiast over de woning? 

U kunt in contact treden met Rent a Stone via e-mail, telefoon of reageren via de website waar de woning op genoemd staat (zoals Funda, Huurwoningen.nl, Pararius of onze eigen website). Gezien de hoeveelheid e-mails dienen wij een selectie te maken van kandidaten die worden uitgenodigd voor de bezichtiging. Dit gebeurt vooral op het inkomen, gezinssamenstelling en type contracten. 

Na de bezichtiging kunt u het registratieformulier downloaden via onze website, die staat genoemd onder het kopje "aanbod". Deze staat genoemd onder het object bij aanbod.  

Hieronder staat alle informatie over de stappen naar de sleutels van uw nieuwe woning. 

  1. Reageer op het object met een leuke introductie van uzelf en uw eventuele huisgenoten en noem het gezamenlijke inkomen.
  2. Tevens ontvangen wij graag het registratieformulier volledig ingevuld retour, na de bezichtiging. Voeg hierbij alle gevraagde documenten toe die op het registratieformulier staan vermeld. 
  3. Nadat wij uw documenten compleet hebben ontvangen, introduceren wij u bij de eigenaar van de huurwoning. De eigenaar bepaalt mede wie de nieuwe huurder wordt van zijn woning; dit hangt samen met het inkomen en type contract van de nieuwe potentiele huurder. Tevens wordt er een huurderscheck uitgevoerd via Huurcheck Nederland. Zie daarnaast onze huurvoorwaarden. 
  4. Zodra de keuze gemaakt is, bellen wij u direct op met de positieve uitslag. Als de woning aan u is toegewezen, ontvangt u dezelfde dag een optie overeenkomst via de e-mail. Deze dient u binnen 24 uur te ondertekenen en aan ons te retourneren, voorzien van uw handtekening. Kandidaten die zich tevens hebben aangemeld voor de woning (inclusief documenten), ontvangen een e-mail met de beslissing van de eigenaar en een reden waarom zij het niet geworden zijn. 
  5. Na ontvangst van de optie overeenkomst, mailen wij de huurovereenkomst inclusief alle andere documenten en een uitleg hoe u de eventuele Huisvestingsvergunning dient aan te vragen. Hierin staat ook de datum en tijd genoemd voor de sleuteloverdracht. 
  6. Met de volledig getekende huurovereenkomst kunt u de Huisvestingsvergunning aanvragen bij de gemeente Den Haag. Zodra u deze heeft ontvangen van de gemeente, ontvangen we hiervan graag een kopie. 
  7.  Op de dag van de sleuteloverdracht wordt er een check-in rapport (staat van de woning) opgesteld.

After the viewing you can download the registration form via our website. This form is mentioned under the object. Below you can find all the information about the steps to take towards the keys of your new home. 

  1. E-mail us a nice introduction of yourself and your roommates and mention the income. 
  2. E-mail us the filled in registration form with all the requested documents that are listed on the form. 
  3. After receipt of your e-mail and documents, we will introduce you to the owner of the rental property. The owner will also decide who will be the next tenant of the home, this also depends on your type contract and income. We will perform a credit check on your application, via Huurcheck Nederland. 
  4. As soon as the decision is made, we will call you with the result. If the property has been assigned to you, you will receive the commitment agreement via e-mail. Please return this document fully signed within 24 hours. Other candidates will receive an e-mail with the owners decision and the reason why the owner chose another candidate. 
  5. After receipt of the signed commitment agreement, we will e-mail you the rental agreement with a date and time of the check-in and key transfer. 
  6. With the fully signed rental agreement you can apply for the Housing Permit from the muncipality of The Hague. As soon as you have received the Housing Permit, we would like to receive a copy. 
  7. On the date of the key transfer, we will set up an inspection report (state of the apartement).
